Internship timeframe: August - November + possibility of extension
Starting pay: $20 / hr

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Intern to join our dynamic events and experiential marketing team. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate event planning, logistics, and onsite execution. While the primary focus will be on in-person and virtual events, the role also offers exposure to vendor management, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Logistics Support
Assist in the coordination of internal and external events, including conferences, webinars, tradeshows, and field events
Support pre-event planning efforts including venue research, vendor outreach, registration setup, and collateral organization
Help develop timelines, task trackers, and run-of-show documents
Contribute to budget tracking and invoice reconciliation
Onsite & Virtual Event Execution
Participate in onsite event prep and support (as applicable), including setup, registration, and attendee engagement
Support virtual event platforms by assisting with attendee communications, chat moderation, and content uploads
Assist in compiling post-event surveys and tracking responses
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align event content and messaging
Help manage internal project systems (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com) for event workflows and asset requests
Support the creation of event briefing documents and speaker prep materials
General Event Marketing Support
Assist in drafting event communications (emails, social media copy, promotional blurbs)
Coordinate the distribution of event swag, printed materials, and digital assets
Organize and archive event photos, recordings, and post-event content
Join team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
Passion for event planning, logistics, and brand experiences
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana), CRM platforms, or event software is a plus
Self-starter with a team-first mindset and a willingness to learn
