Technical Integration Analyst

The Technical Integration Analyst is the primary point of contact for setup and maintenance of new and existing software applications. Plays a key role in implementation and/or support activities for the Technical Integration Team’s products. Manages ticket pipelines, answers technical questions, performs analysis, and assesses corrective actions required to complete client requests. Model corporate values, builds strong relationships and achieves excellent results to produce satisfied clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Works directly with clients in the analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout phases of integration tasks. In conjunction with client business and technical staff, internal resources, and vendors. Facilitates required activities to propagate user acceptance testing and production release activities.
  • Participate in the coordination of bug tracking and enhancement requests requested by clients.
  • Engage in activities across multiple organizational teams including Implementation, Integration, Operations/Sales, Product/Development, Network/Engineering and Customer Support.
  • Participate in the development of functional specifications, written procedures, training materials, data flow diagrams and workflows.

The Ideal Candidate:

Education:

  • AA/AS degree (CIS, MIS, Project Management or related) or commensurate related experience and/or training.

Experience:

  • A minimum two years of analytical experience in software implementation and/or development (SAFe), preferred.
  • A minimum of one year modifying XML-related technologies. Experience with the following is preferred: Visual Studio, XML, XSL Transformations and XPath expressions. Experience with web-based technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. is a plus.
  • Knowledge of credit union and information technology operations and procedures is a plus.
  • Experience with or exposure to the following is a plus: financially oriented account processing platforms, core account processors or core systems, i.e., Fiserv products, XP systems, Symitar/Epysis products, and/or KeyStone/Corelation.

Specialized Skills:

  • Ability to learn technical environments and applications quickly and keep up to date on new integration-related methodologies.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and is an active listener with a strong desire to meet both internal and external customer needs. Ability to establish effective working relationships with key participants to develop and execute successful, repeatable plans of action.
  • Organized and detail oriented. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to handle challenging situations, under pressure, with composure, professionalism, and courtesy.
  • Strong problem solving/trouble shooting skills.
  • Works effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows based computing systems and MS Office.

The starting salary range for this full-time position is $29.90 - $37.31 per hour. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
